We celebrate simple, Italian-inspired food prepared with skill and zeal. Our cuisine features modern and classic interpretations of the rich European gastronomic traditions, and nearly everything is made from scratch in our kitchen. We cure a selection of specialty meats, make a variety of sausages and pastas, and we source as many local producers as possible. It is our priority to offer fish and meat that is raised and harvested with sustainable and humane methods. Our menu changes with the seasons and we feature a nightly pre fix chef's tasting menu. We celebrate the family meal and gladly accommodate children with special menu items. At SUGO we believe, as a restaurant we have a most unique opportunity.
